I have been on stripchat for 4 years. The other day I was blocked so I contacted support and was told my ID documents were fake. I replied and sent them my documents again. I got a message telling me it would be 72 hours and I would have my account back. Instead I got an email telling me I am permanently banned with no explanation or reason why. Can I get help getting my account back please? @Charlie_SC
