    I don't know you, and I don't know what is going on. But if you can't stop crying, or are feeling really down maybe it might be more than just camming. It might help to talk to a counselor or social worker in your area, or possibly call a helpline to get some additional support. This can be a tough career and there's no shame in getting some extra support if you aren't doing well. Hang in there and feel better 💛
