    Some models are very insecure and will tear you down to make it seem like you're not on their level. I agree with the just ignore and brush it off, let them look petty and jealous.

    I usually take the next morning to do a bit of a glam up for myself, style my hair more than usual, makeup etc. Putting the effort into my appearance usually makes a difference when i do log in, and I feel refreshed and much more confident than the night before.
