    I *think* it's because upstore's servers are located within a country that doesn't have copyright laws. So if Chaturbate is like "take this down, we own it" upstore can just be like "lol nope" and Chaturbate can't do anything about it legally :'(

    OK. I see. A solution is feasable, if it can be automated and repeated: blocking IP adresses half by half would allow you to localize one classic IP address in 32 steps. I'm afraid they operate from many countries, and maybe even through viruses. If you visit their site, maybe your computer silently works for them. It's better not to vistit these sites too deeply.
