I wasn't exactly sure where to post this but I was wondering:

Is it totally legal to produce solo videos in your home in America and sell those videos on various websites (that have their own age verification process, like MFC, MV, CB, etc)? Do you need a special permit or license or can you literally just make a video right this second, upload it on a website and sell it?

I never see anyone talking about this, so I assume you need nothing, but I just want to make sure.

I think it is one of those things that if it is technically against the law it isn't a law that is enforced. I think the issue you would have is if you filmed your own content and then turned your home into a store and advertised customers locally to come purchase items directly in your "store"/home. Putting videos/clips items for sale on a virtual store wouldn't likely be subjected to the scrutiny of a physical location.

Not in the business or anything, but there is bar in my local area that was bought and the new owner intended to turn it into a strip club. Well the location is too close to a school and a residential area. So in my town a strip club can't operate inside x feet of those locales. So that is why I suggest if you're doing something in a "virtual store" you shouldn't likely encounter any zoning/license issues.

Outside of age I'm not sure what the other details are required on the content for MFC, MV etc.

Literally just age verification. Prove to the site that you're old enough to be in porn, sign the site's agreement form, then upload to your heart's content. Some also require a W-9 for US models.
