Hello I have sent an Email before about my account bunny_nextdoor being temporarly suspended recently. I am a Cb model of over 10 years and this is my first suspension which shocked me. I noticed many people getting suspended recently from your plattform, which worries me.

Even my tokens are frozen and I have urgent medical bills to pay soon, if anybody could assist me I would be very grateful. I‘m trying to be as patient as I can about support answers despite the circumstances.

Please help me @punker barbie

I did not even get a ticket number for my Email to support which is strange, I‘m not sure if I should contact Cb support again. But Emailing them too often is probably not good either. I just want my account back so I can earn money again.
I banned someone that day who tried to scam me in my chatroom, I banned them without to say a word. Maybe they reported me out of spite.

How long can one expect a reply from support generally speaking? I‘m worried about being ignored via Email, I hope its not true and that support is just busy.
Hi, I'd suggest that you read this post.

Support usually takes something between a couple of days and a couple of weeks to respond. It is strongly advised not to send multiple messages as any new message can send you back to the end of the queue.

Say you were to be reviewed on day 8 but you send a second message before that--that could reset the timer and equal to adding from a couple of days to a couple of weeks to the original waiting time you were meant to have--8 VS 10 or more.

And same goes with asking for updates here to the rep, your initial post should be more than enough to prompt an answer as soon as she has something to tell you ;)

Hope you get a resolution soon.

Hello thank you for your answer.

Chaturbate support has already responded me a few days ago, they told me they could lift the suspension if I contacted them again which I did. After that I asked them if they are able to lift the suspension soon. Do the few mails still count towards the timer even if they were sent after their reply to me? I‘m so confused. I had some sleepless nights because of this.

I hope you don't have to wait much longer since they told you they'll be lifting the suspension already. I'd think that for now best thing to do is wait to see what does the rep tells you.

Did they tell you what was your suspension about? If it was related to mental health issues, that's a whole different deal.

Yes it was related to them putting me into a protective temporarly suspension of some sort, even though I was okay at the time and told them so. This is my first suspension so I‘m stressing about it.

Support has confirmed that they have received your email and is currently being looked into. We appreciate your patience. Support will get back to you as soon as possible.

So that kinda changes everything. There are good and bad news.

Good news are that you are not banned and that you will regain access to your account eventually. Bad news, though, is that the process regarding protective suspensions tends to be slower, usually taking more than a month and often requiring you actually visiting a mental health care professional.

Since the rep already told you that your case is being looked into, best thing to do is wait for support's answer and follow their further directions for your particular situation.

Hello and thank you for your reply. This makes me feel relieved to hear.

The suspension of my Chaturbate account has had a significant impact on my life. This platform has not only been a major source of income, but I have also established valuable connections within a community where I felt comfortable and valued over the past ten years of my life. I am desperate to regain my account and be able to participate again in the Chaturbate community. Therefore I‘m going to be as patient as I can by waiting for an answer from the support team.

That sounds extensive. One month is a long time, I hope that maybe it can take a little less than that. I assured everyone that I‘m 100% okay and not in any danger or mental distress. But if it needs further proof, I‘m willing to proof everything.

If it was a "protective suspension" they typically last a few months or more, even with the suggested counseling and clearance completed and verified. Would you mind sharing a screenshot or copy&paste of their exact message to you regarding this suspension?

Yes of course. I have been contacting the people they referred me to in their Email. One time unsuccesfully as their hotlines were busy, another time per chat and as I later needed no further assistance after a bit of chatting with them, we ended the chat, sadly I have no screenshots of that conversation. By reloading the page, the chat disappeared, which I didn‘t know coule happen.

A few months would be very catastrophic for me financially. I would have to register to a complete new camsite and start all over again in the meantime to not be behind on bills. I have heard about another model being put into a protective suspension before. Fortunately, she had the suspension lifted within 1 week. I pray it will be similar for me.

Unless the suspension was placed in error, I highly doubt this. The standard for the past several years has always been that protective suspensions usually last a few month at a minimum, and typically require some type of verified therapy compliance. I'm not saying it's not possible for a quicker resolution, just extremely unlikely. I think you're next course of action should be to start on other sites. Remember to keep your personal life, personal... and off these platforms. Good luck.

I have been ranting in my room before, a long time ago but it never led to me being suspended, I didn’t even know this was such a huge issue.

The suspension was definitely a mistake as I don‘t need any therapy or anything of the sorts, even the person in the live chat counseling said so.

Another issue are my frozen tokens. I can‘t even cash them out. These were a lot. If my tokens remain frozen on that account, thats a lot of hard work thrown out of the window.

Yes I realize that ranting and venting in my chatroom is definitely not something I recommend to anybody, even if it felt freeing before and I got to chat with people who were minded-like. I‘m going to keep my feelings away from such plattforms from now on.

I‘m really scared of facing homelessness in the future if this really will go on for months and in this time I’m not able to earn enough money…If I was given a second chance I would be profondly grateful.

My country is crazy expensive and I know many people who struggle financially especially now because of recent higher prices. I have no fallback plan or career as I‘m autistic and have been working in this job for 10 years, I have loved it so far the financial independence and freedom has been so helpful for me mentally. I know many people who are in my situation and we give each other tips. I haven’t worked a regular job in 10 years as well. I‘m really scared what will happen now. I‘m trying to remain calm but its really hard.

My parents can‘t help me either as they struggle financially too and I also helped them out by giving them money from camming before.

I don‘t want to sound strange or pushy but if there‘s anything I can do to lift the suspension as soon as possible I‘m willing to do it. I‘m nothing without this job. As I have been only suspended once on this account (I don‘t remember any other suspensions), so I hope they can answer soon with a solution that is doable for me. I‘m so scared of losing everything.

I'm sorry you're going through all of that and I understand how you feel. However, as has been noted many times in this forum, providing this kind of information or plea is never beneficial, and even more so, in your particular situation it could work against your case.

It's unfortunate, but from the email you posted it'd seem that they don't think it's an error and you'll be required some form of therapy or assessment done by a professional just as Scripta said.

I want to clarify that I don't have an opinion about if it is an error or if you need therapy or not, I'm just saying that since they said they already reviewed your case and then placed you in suspension, it's unlikely this goes through the "it's been an error" route--for them "suspect" is as good as "know".

The only thing I could think it would let you save some time would be to get an appointment as soon as possible with a mental health professional to describe your situation and ask for a mental health clearance letter--this should take at least a couple of sessions.

I hope I'm wrong, but if you're as tight as you say, maybe the wiser thing is to act as if it is the worst case scenario.

Hello thank you for the helpful links.

I have Emailed the mental health place I was provided about my situation. Sadly in Europe it takes awhile to get a place in therapy. I will try anyways to get that certificate of proof by visiting a therapy place.

I hope all will be well.
