Hello. I am the main moderator for a broadcaster on Chaturbate. She's been an active and quite popular member of the broadcaster community for nearly 3 years and she's never received any warning or bans, but recently she was banned without any prior warning/notification. I know usually the site Admin issues an on-site notification (like a pop-up window) when they warn/notify you for a near-rule breaking.
I am writing this on her behalf, not only because she struggles a bit with English, but because she trusts me enough to help her understand the situation and hopefully fix it.
She wrote 2 tickets to support and she received an automated reply for each corresponding ticket that informs us to wait for a staff member's reply. Each automated reply also included a code at the end of it (which I assume is the support ticket request number). I can post below these messages and their code. I am hopeful that she receives a prompt reply to this misunderstanding and hopefully a way to fix it.

There are several assumptions as to why this ban was received but only one (to my knowledge) stands out. She recently attempted to help a friend get verified as a broadcaster and also to add her as a co-streamer to her own account.
We have reasons to believe (she is not yet sure about this) this friend of hers was previously banned from the site with her studio account, when she did work with a studio several years ago. As I know, Chaturbate has a failproof feature which automatically bans any and all accounts associated with the same passport/government document flagged by the system. But neither of the girls seem to recall whether or not the Studio actually had a Chaturbate account.
Another reason might also be that she has a pet dog, a Pomeranian, that seldomly makes an impromptu appearance on camera, but upon asking other models with pets, I was informed that they only received a warning for this - not a full-on ban of the account.
At any rate, I was told that these forums are a good way for us to understand what is going on, and also a way to find a solution together with the staff team.
For now we are awaiting a response from one of the staff members and I will keep this thread updated with the situation. In the meantime, we would appreciate any input/advices from the members here.
Thank you for your solidarity.
Regards,
~RB
