Ive recently been banned on chaturbate and while searchig. the web for what i couldve done wrong i stumbled about this forum, and @punker barbie


Maybe you can help me get our account back, were a couple that just started out and watched out for TOS explicitely.
I hope we can get this fixed and told what we did wrong to make it better next time

thank you so much for responding.
The ban says its because someone logged into the account that is banned but its only me and my boyfriend and we both verified
Support is only reffering to the initial ban email and seems to no want to tell us what the exact issue is.

im sorry to bother you again and i know its not your obligation but i would SO glad if you could shine some light on that topic and how long a ban like this is (it changed from permanent to temporary)
