A disadvantage of shopping at Aldi's is that one runs out of those plastic bags used for small trash can liners.
More than offset by the fact I can cut damn near 50% off my grocery bill. I spend that 50% savings at Walmart, so I can get more bags.

I have different usernames for every frigging website I'm on. My passwords are all strong and I can remember what password goes where... Just not my username.

My Sunday afternoon routine the past few months has been weirdly entertaining. Wake up, groggily roam around to see who is here, open the garage to make sure I parked halfway decent. Then I go for a run and take a crazy long shower. Now the fun starts. I rarely go out if I'm not driving. Don't like not being able to leave when I want to or if opportunities arise or just needing or wanting to be elsewhere. So from Thursday night to Saturday night I'm carting lots of people around. Friends, friends with dui's, friends of friends, random bar people, just a plethora of drunkards coming and going. After I shower I go to clean out and check to see all the random shit people drunkenly left behind. Always a few lighters, lots of change, smoke packs, those Nicmaxx and Vuse things, scrunchies, glasses, lip gloss and nail polish and other stuff that I'm not really sure what it is. All of these are pretty common. Sometimes though I'll find things that really make me wonder. Found a shoe, a labelless bottle of xr 30's and a few unrecognizable pills, a pouch of watermelon Big League Chew, a packed but not yet hit bowl, and a pretty sweet hoodie today.

Who the fuck gets out of a car and doesn't realize they only have one shoe on? I could understand leaving a high heel behind by accident because you were carrying them but I don't know if I've ever been hammered enough to leave behind a shoe. My lost and found/center console doesn't have the capacity to store a shoe unfortunately. Not trying to ride any dirtier than I have to so that other stuff gets the golf bag treatment for now. Always surprised by how much and what people will forget. Tempted to loot that Big League Chew, haven't seen it around in years.

I have spent more time and energy in the last three days cleaning up the "recommended" feed on my Youtube profile than anything else. I seriously need to get out of the house more.

I have some crap that I've had listed on eBay for quite some time, and tonight a buddy told me about a Facebook auction page. Listed it all there and within 10 minutes I've already got at least one thing sold. If the guy wasn't already my best friend, he would be my new best friend...

I know I certainly have.
I'm sure I've lost pairs at some point, just can't recall ever losing one. Feel like wearing one shoe even sober would would result in a shattered ankle.

I should be sick of that The NeverEnding Story ad by now but I'm not.

I've never lost a shoe but when I was 18 I did once wake up in a bush outside a church without my shirt, luckily I woke up before the congregation arrived and managed to stumble home without being spotted. I lived in a small town where everyone knows everyone else and the gossip would not have been good, I still have no idea how or why I ended up there and none of my friends I was with knew either.

It REALLY sucks trying to stay positive when you feel like shit sometimes.

What sucks even more is being falsely accused of being a creepy stalker which absolutely isn't even true at all whatsoever. I kind of have better things going on in my life right now which is better than nothing happening at all and wallowing in my own self pity and what not, so I've got to take what I can get.

I used to follow-back (on Twitter) any fellow cam girl when I came across her account. It felt like the right thing to do, and I hoped most other girls followed-back their peers as well, to make it a big happy community of cam girl love.

But jeezusmurphypie... there seems to be such a trend lately where many girls just have 0 business sense with how they portray themselves on social media. There is a lack of understanding between being completely free to hold whatever opinions you want about any subject, and going on multi-tweet rants about them publicly. It isn't business savvy to alienate large portions of your followers/potential members by making dismissive statements about war veterans, or writing off anyone who chooses to eat meat as a "monster you want nothing to do with". Even making comments about current politics is unwise, though sometimes unavoidable, especially in election years.

You can feel however you want about controversial topics, but when you argue with people about them publicly, you do yourself a disservice. If you don't care about that, that's fine too, but I've decided to not just follow all the new girls willy-nilly (and unfollowed a ton recently) to avoid constantly having it in my timeline.

I just find myself sighing and shaking my head so frequently these days. I'm far from perfect, I say really lame shit once in a while, too. But I hate to say it seems much more abundant in the younger group of cam girls coming into the adult scene.

Or maybe I'm just becoming one of those grumpy old ladies who feels like yelling at younger generations to get off her lawn...

Word. There are very few models who talk politics/controversy and benefit from it, whereas I can think of lots of less successful models who flood their feed with political/activist statements. Not to say they shouldn't express themselves, but I think it's important to be intentional about it -- whether you want to be 100% open about all that stuff and risk alienating groups, or whether you'd benefit from a separate personal Tumblr/Twitter to rant on and leave your porn space for porn.

I've been unfollowing too, even girls I agree with, because it's tedious to read sometimes and it just doesn't match the fun-flirty-playful tone I want my timeline to have, haha.

Also I've seen more camgirl Twitter fights in the last six months or so than in the past! So much drama.

LolTrump

The more I think about it, the more being an outspoken Trump supporter and a cam girl is kinda like having a very visible flare-up of external haemorrhoids. It's not necessarily something to be ashamed of, but it's certainly something you should probably keep to yourself as while it won't be a big deal to everyone - and there might well be people out there who are flat-out turned on by such a revelation - it's probably gonna be a turn off for most people.

Also, Trump is poopy.

Meh I keep politics and major opinions out of my twitter stuffs. And I agree the girls around my age who have only been camming a small while need to realize that they might lose more than they'd gain from treating their business twitters like their personal tumblrs.

Who the fuck gets out of a car and doesn't realize they only have one shoe on?

Triggered a long forgotten memory...

Spent an afternoon helping a couple of guys repaint a beat up, early 70's Camaro with cans of spray paint. They had been in some shit the night before and wanted to change the color of it in case the police were looking for it.

After we got done painting, we pooled our money, then went and bought some JD. Then we headed for the Falls. Started passing the bottle around in the car, headed down the road. Got where we were headed and parked the car in the woods.

To get to the Falls, had to take a little path back to a gas line, walk up the gas line for a ways, then take another little path that passed by a 30-40 foot cliff. I'd been there twice before, once tripping on acid, once stoned out of my gourd. I didn't really know the way.

There was a dog that showed up all three times. Had a rebel flag tied around it's neck. We called it Dixie. It would walk all the way back there with us.

We were already lit by the time we parked the car. Kept drinking as we walked. Then there was a friendly shove, that turned into another shove, that turned into fighting just for fun.

I don't remember making it back to the Falls, but I remember waking up there, Dixie licking my face. Wasn't daylight anymore; other than embers of a fire we had built, it was dark. Except for Dixie, I was alone. The two guys I was with left me there XD.

Got up and started walking. Dixie walked a couple feet ahead of me the whole way, led me back to the main road. Had no idea where I was going, just followed the dog. I only had one of my brand new work boots still on, the other foot was bare. Shirt was missing too.

Once I made it to the highway, I started walking for home. Dixie stayed next to me for a ways, then a car came flying along and ran over him/her just a couple feet away from me. They didn't stop or anything.

Stood there for a minute; no movement or sounds out of Dixie, so I continued on up the road.

Traffic started picking up around 5 a.m., people headed to work. Then one of the cars that passed by me stopped, and waited for me to reach it. The guy rolled his window down, asked me if I was ok. Offered me a ride. He had to stop and call his work at a payphone to let them know he was going to be late, but he took me home.

Along the way, he asked me what happened. Told him it was no big deal, just out partying. Then he began to lecture. Told me about friends of his that had ruined their lives, told me about his own bad experiences. When we got to my house, he wrote his phone number down and gave it to me. Said he wanted me to call him sometime; said he wanted to help; said this was no way for me to live my life.

Wife and her friend weren't home when I got there. I walked straight to the sofa, laid down, and went back to sleep. Few hours later, they showed up. Woke me up, both of them bawling. They had been out looking for me for hours, they had gone back to the Falls, had found my shirt, assumed I was dead.

I remember my wife sobbing "Please go take a shower." Went in the bathroom, and I was a little suprised to see myself in the mirror. I was covered in dried mud. Filthy.

So I can totally understand the whole one shoe thing...

A grumpy old lady that is right, and FREAKING GORGEOUS. :) Wisdom tells us that we have a right to free speech but we know it may have consequences, some lack that wisdom.

My thought for the day is this: I don't think that the NEED for money is the right way to approach token sites...from what I have seen it takes a while to gain a following etc and make a brand for yourself, so needing instant money isn't the right way to begin there. It's more of a labour of love and wanting to show people what you can do/are about.

May not be true for everyone, but I feel like it does apply to me :)

Week travelling to interview in another state. Three different interviews. After that they asked for verification of work history that I provided immediately since I have all W-2's, weekly pay stubs, and letters of reference scanned into pdf files and saved to OneDrive for all tax years going back 24 freaking years. Read an entire book dealing with over 250 ASTM procedures for petroleum products so I already knew the job before I went.

Didn't get the job.

Overheard four people talking across the room at the Chinese buffet about new designs on currency. They progressed from paper bills to coins when one woman made the comment, "I just found out those use to be real Presidents they used on those Presidential dollar coins!"

I felt a bit saddened for several minutes afterward.
