I figured their claims were probably too good to be true and reluctantly tried the product after reading some positive reviews... no better than their regular fabric softner imo, with the one possible exception of bedding sheets and that's only because I let them soak overnight after the wash cycle in their solution. You'd probably get the same or maybe better results using regular softener soaking sheets overnight too. YMMV.

I use them because they're easier to handle and less fuss than liquid fabric softener.
