    The only lawyer that could really advise on the situation properly is an international tax lawyer, harder to find, way more expensive. It would really depend on the models income if its very high and she doesn't plan to renounce citizenship then yes thats definitely the route to go.

    Opening a corp to avoid double taxation, sure pay close attention to that advice :giggle:. Im an actual US citizen living overseas being paid by multiple cam companies in the exact same method as any other model and face the exact same tax and bank challenges.
