    It's actually a significant pain in the hole. Not because it's impossible to circumvent (a VPN gets round it easily) but because it gets in the way when you could least do with it happening.     What I'm telling you is that I did not verify my age and can both view AND tip. The law relates to viewing, not tipping. If I wasn't verified then I wouldn't be able to view. In SC if you go try to access without a login, every stream is blurred.
