    Simple but grevous screw ups.

    Those things, where not malicious, nobody set out to fuck up your day, but inexcusable screw ups that could have been easily avoided. Also, I know it's impolite to start a discussion with the obvious winner, but seriously, unsalted fries, little sticks of displeasure, spite logs. I'm angry.
