    Goals tend to move pretty slowly for me, so I prefer ticket shows or hidden cam apps/bots. In my experience these get way more participation at a much faster rate (especially if they're much later in the stream when some anticipation has built by doing other things).

    Haven't had a chance to actually read it yet, but with a quick skim I saw that the article linked by @TokenGesture focuses its research on data gathered from ACF (though only from the public section, and with usernames omitted).

    Another option to enlarge the chat is to click the gear, and change your font size. The max is 20pt, and that's pretty large so it could work for you depending on the distance.
