    I was speaking from what I observed from a management stand point. I ran a restaurant with 50-60 employees. Just because people shouldn't begrudge them, it happens and it did result in lack of productivity atleast for a short time.

    Hulu question

    It depends on the show and the expiration date of available shows are different for each network/show. I have exclusively used Hulu and Netflix for the past 3 years and LOVE it. They have free 2 week trial. Also, current episodes are usually available the day after they air.
