Account banned after age verification

My account is ban after I submit my id to the new system and I know that I don't have any violations in the site please help. This is so unfair.

Please check out my situation.How can I restore my account? It is very important for me, because on money I earned on Chaturbate was dependent not only me but my family too. And I believe I haven’t violated any rules of site.I've had about 8 years without any problems and about 100 thousand followers. I also have tokens left in the account that I want to withdraw.
