Account banned/cannot tip?

I am not able to tip broadcasters and when I try to view my profile it says account banned. Its a new account, less than a week old and I know I did nothing wrong

I emailed support 2 days ago and have no response yet
I am still able to view models, just not tip, and it appears my messages don't show up for others cause I can't seem to get a response

It has been resolved. Just in case anyone is wondering, I made this account on September 8th. And the response from CB support is hilarious, and completely false...
