Account banned, I don't know why

I'm hoping someone can help me with this. I found out today that my account was banned, I've been a model on Chaturbate for 1 1/2 years and haven't had any issues up until now. I don't know why I was banned and I'm waiting for Chaturbate to respond to my email to their support address. Can you please let me know if it's possible to help me with this @punker barbie ? My account name is charlotte_chaton. I'm distressed because Chaturbate is my main form of income now and I had many tokens I had not cashed out.

@punker barbie it looks like this is still a giant issue. Any word on how it's going with the support team on actually specifically stating what rule was broken when a model is banned on Chaturbate? Just reiterating how important a LOT of us feel this is.
