Hi, my account has been banned this morning but i not know the reason, i'm not a model and i never received warning. I wrote to support, usually how many days i need to wait to get a reply?
After the ban i created a new account and proceed with supporter membership (using same credit card), they had take the money and accept the subscription but after it they said my account is banned, now i can't delete my subscription memebership, what can i do?
