Account banned. No reason. No answer from support

My account was banned several weeks ago for no apparent reason.
Per my understanding, I did not violate any rule at all.
Multiple emails to support remained unanswered.
I really would appreciate your assistance.

Indeed so, they just responded- most probably thanks to your intervention. So thank you.

It appears that they have banned everyone who was approached by an individual who offered discussion about minors.
IMHO this is an extreme measure (since I didnt engage nor participated in such discussion by any means) but whatever.
In their response they asked me to confirm that I am aware that any such discussion is not allowed; I of course immediately gladly confirmed that.
Now I wonder how long it will take for my account to be reactivated.

yes ı have bannad same reason for a month. But ı have banned still and support doesnt answer me.
