My account was recently banned. I've contacted CB support to see what the exact reason for a ban was and if there is a chance to reconcile (it's my first-time offense, and if I broke any rules it wasn't intentional - I tried my best to not break any rules since I know how serious it is), but I yet haven't received any answers from support.
