Account banned - please help?

my account angeltitss was recently banned.
ive been contacting support, but it seems like i just keep getting an automated response.

If you got an auto-reply, my recommendation is to actively reply to it. This should be more effective than creating more tickets, and make it easier for support to locate the issue, and hopefully, the solution.

Thank you for your post. I'm sorry, however the legal department is investigating your account and it will very likely remain banned due to TOS violations.
