Account banned with no explanation

Hello @punker barbie, hoping you can help. A friends account has been banned suddenly and she’s no idea why (username Ui_seul). She has sent an email to support@chaturbate.com (ticket #19113309) but hasn’t heard back from anyone. Hoping you can help get someone to reach out to help to help rectify the situation.

It looks like CB may have thought she broke the no alcohol rule when she was drinking a local Kazak non-alcoholic energy drink. If someone from support could just reach out to her this could hopefully be resolved pretty quickly.
