My gf's account has been banned and we are kinda desperate. The name of the account is futaumata. The support number is @24311284. She doesn't even know what she did wrong and her account has been banned for weeks. We are going crazy trying to guess the reason of her ban.

Could we please at least have an explanation? What did she do wrong and how to recover her access?
