Account Banned :(

Hello,

Yesterday while i was camming i showed a picture with ME when i was younger to my members. I clearly stated before showing it that it is ME when i was young.
In 30 min or less i recived a warning. ( I had no ideea why and kept streaming )
Then in 1h aproximatly i recived the BAN.

Is there anything to do ? i've read the TOS after carefuly , but since i clearly say its a picture with me ( im sure there is a recording somewhere with me saying that please check ) i dont understand whats the issue.
The other problem is i had almost 22.000 tokens on the account uncashed cause i was waiting for the period time to end.

Today i made another account since cb staff didnt respond to my mail yet.
This account ( jasonblakez) was also banned after trying to verify my ID.

Please contact me, i have no ideea what to. Im in a bad situation right now

Were you under 18 years old in the photo? Because if so, it should be pretty obvious to you that you're not allowed to do that on a porn site.

i was underage yes , it was picutre with me when i was little. I had no ideea that you cant show pictures with you when you were little.
I understand if its not ok to do that, im not trying to find any excuses.

Images of minors are never allowed on adult sites.

I think you're gonna have to take your ban and move along. (I am not an employee of Chaturbate, but just stating common sense assumption.)

Over the past year, I know 3 models who did something similar and received bans. All 3 send emails to CB Support, that they were sorry and did not realize age rules and verification applied to their own photos, along with promises never to do it again. 2 were unbanned and are happily camming to this day.

The third model previously had been warned for several onscreen violations of TOS and the latest apparently exhausted Support's good graces. That and the photo shown was of a family outing with her underage brothers and sister, as well as parents and other adult relatives.
