Hi @punker barbie, I was banned during the age verification upgrade Aug 2021 due to a system error, I tried reaching out to support but I kept receiving an automated email(jojjo1) my 2nd account was already verified using the same passport (squirt_goddess33) but was also banned at the same time. a few months ago I legally changed my first name (got all legal documents to support this) created another account n was banned immediately (flowjoh_)
