I'm sorry if I'm so insistent, it hasn't been my best year. And I saw the great opportunity that you can help me here. I am so grateful for that forum and the whole industry.

I have sent many emails since October 31, when my account was blocked during biometric registration. I have my passport up to date, it expires until 2028. My account was blocked just when I was doing the biometric registration.

Can you please @punker barbie help me reactivate my account to make the biometric registration again.

You need to resubmit photos for your age verification, your previous ones were denied/rejected it says.
I am unsure if it's the ID type you used or the image quality. Have a look on the Verification page to see if it tells you, I am not sure if it does or not

Upload new photos and be sure they are not blurry at all, make sure all writing and information is easy to read and then submit it

I was going based off the 2 photos you provided in the previous posts - hopefully it all gets resolved for you.
