Account Zipolkk banned after years. Please help

Hi. I know chaturbate since years. I've always loved this site and im 22 years old. Over the past few years i have met a lot of beautiful people on there and also done some pvt with my new found friends, creating beautiful memories, using that bit money I got.

A few weeks ago they banned my account Zipolkk for the reason i mentioned I had created my account while i was still in the tail end of puberty. Even tho im way over 18 now and spent a lot of money on there. They robbed me of those memories and im really sad.

Yes and no. They couldn't productively help me and they weren't willing to, to be begin with.
Thats why I came here because i need help. I need my account back. There were a lot of privates on that account i payed for and effectively those were memories of some beautiful friends that aren't on the platform anymore

You had an account while under the age of 18. That's a major violation of their rules since you can actively use the site without tokens. That's one of the most serious violations since it can get them shut down by payment processors. I think you're going to have to look for a new site.

I didn't participate in anything sexual myself nor any payments at that time so what serious violation?
I know it was wrong thats why im apologizing but to call it that big of a mistake when really it is not is just bullshit.


Fact is they effectively stole content from I bought with my hard earned money. All since they removed (for no logical reason) the feature to download your purchased pvt. ... so what

Nobody else would treat their customers like that. If I played an 18+ game below that age (wich happens with a lot of people because guess what ... its normal to be interested in that) on a platform like xbox, Playstation or steam they would never just delete my account 10 years afterwards.

Same goes for other porn platforms. Pornhub for example would never do this to its customers.

I got robbed of actual content aswell as the emotional worth connected to some of it and I want it back!!!!!!!

Im not a criminal and will never be !!!

Okay I might add some things.
I really need your help and I want to explain a few things.

It's true I created an account under 18 years ago and that one got already banned because I was young and dumb. It was called Zipolk.
Then when I created a second one a few years later I called it the same but with a little difference in the spelling. Thats why that account was called Zipolkk with 2 K. Because that was already the second one.

The truth is tho that I don't even remember when exactly I created that one. I could've been under 18 but I could've been 18 already too.

So the statement i made as to having an account under 18 was essentially the truth but its unsure wether that's the truth for the account that got banned now.
So yeah if I really violated the rules with that zipolkk account im apologizing and even if its unlogical to do so and literally nobody else would do that I accept it to be banned.
But to be sure I want you to prove that that was actually the case because like I said im not even sure myself.
And being banned for just a Supposition is unjust.

What i do not under any circumstances accept though is chaturbate having stolen the content from that I payed money on.

So im okay with creating a new account but i still want my privates back. Maybe you could add them to my new account somehow ? Transition the owner rights to my new account?
Because I was telling the truth that those are extremely important memories for me and that i cried when i got banned.
Im not just on chaturbate to get off but to make friends too
