Hi @punker barbie , My original Chaturbate account "skinny_boy2018" got banned 4 days ago. I subsequently made three other Chaturbate accounts which all got banned immediately after I created them. They are "chrissupershyasian", "chrissupershyasian2" and "chris_super_shy_asian". I have got a total of over 7000 tokens in the four accounts combined. I tried contacting support team through email several times but in vain. Please advise. Thank you!

Hi @punker barbie , I refer to the response from the support team, Ticket #25000817. They replied that the documentation I submitted indicated that I am under the age of 18 and therefore I had been permanently banned from the Chaturbate platform. However, it is not true at all. The documentation I submitted clearly state my Date of Birth and I am definitely over 18. Would the support team please review my ID again and unban all of my accounts.

The accounts in question are "skinny_boy2018", "chrissupershyasian", "chrissupershyasian2" and "chris_super_shy_asian".

Hi @punker barbie , as an update, attached please find the response from the support team to my last query.

Unfortunately, this response from the support team is unacceptable to me. Firstly, I created the account "skinny_boy2018" after I became 18 and I have been using the account without a problem for more than 5 years, and now you permanently ban me for being underage? Secondly, the age verification document I sent you clearly state that I am over 18. I don't believe I have violated any Terms. Thirdly, I have been a loyal supporter of Chaturbate for over 5 years. I spent tokens to purchase photos and videos from models and built a collection of private show recordings, all of which I could not access anymore because of the permanent ban. I feel betroyed. Unless the support team gives me a detailed and fair explanation as to how I violated the Chaturbate Terms to justify the permanent ban, I may take legal actions against Chaturbate. Thank you for your attention and I look forward to your response.
