Age Verfication on Chaturbate

After about a month of hawk eyeing these forums and Chaturbate I finally worked up the nerve to start today. I got all made up, THEN went to do the age verification process and keep being told I'm not who I am in my ID. I have red hair now instead of blond and had on heavy-ish makeup, so I admittedly didn't look that much the same at first, but I took all the make up off and still am not being accepted. I emailed support with the pictures I've been attempting to use attached. I'm so upset I can't get started

Can anyone who knows more about this give me an idea of what else I need to do? Do I need to dye my hair blond or something?
