Hi, I'm new on CB.
Before coming online i successfully passed age verification, went online and a few hr later during broadcast my verification was rejected with a message that somebody else appeared on a cam and this person should to be verified too. There was only me front of a cam during the whole time, that's mistake.
I wrote to Support and they replied to me - my photos are too blurry. I uploaded high quality photos, they're not blurry.
The second reply was completely different from the first one and there they said on a cam appeared another person which should to be verified. But I'm already verified... There wasn't anybody except me.
Please, @punker barbie can you fix this problem. There was only me front of a webcam, i passed age verification before coming online and my photos are high quality.
