Amber, BBCode Images not showing

Not sure if this is just me it's happening with, but since you updated or changed things, the BBCode Images are not showing for me.
I am using Chrome latest version (literally updated this morning - but it was displaying like this before that Chrome update too)
As you see in the image, it has the arrows. If you hover over them, it says in the bubble that it's "bold", etc.
It happens in both the quick reply and full view editor. Is it happening to anyone else too?

clean your browser's cache, it'll be OK

eta: though, maybe he couldn't fix it using Opera :/ but chrome should be ok

Ok, done a hard refresh, that cleared it thanks. I guess close this - thanks.
ctrl+f5 is a hard refresh for anyone else experiencing the problem and wanting to clear cache the easier/faster way.
