Animated gifs on the video

Hello,
How can I make appear animated gifs on my public video shows when someone tips a certain amount of tokens (say 15 tokens or more)?
I saw this in many models rooms, but I can't figure out how can I make it appear on my own public show video...

Its a script that is used with OBS. The guys who make them charge for these scripts & theres a few threads on here regarding them
