How it works, any pros and cons?

I checked and aparently Verotel its adult friendly , but none of the sites work with them so ...

And aparently Verotel its a payment provider for sites not for models , because we models do not accept direct payments from costumers

Verotel is a Payment Service Provider. which means they process payments from customers/members to websites/camsites, not from camsites to models.
