Banned Account

Dear @punker barbie , yesterday one user sent tokens to me, in order to write her username on my breast. I did it, however, I didn't know (as I am from Latin America) that the word "nigg.." was offensive/racist. My moderator told me about it so I removed the name, I could broadcast yesterday but today my account is banned. I have been for over 3 years of now and never had problems, nor done nothing against TOS. Can you please help me checking it and restoring it, please.
