Banned for apparently no reason, no reply from support

Issue:
I was happily chatting with people and tipping (just got 500 tk that I barely started to use) and suddenly i got banned with this message:"

Account Banned​

We have reason to believe that you may have violated our terms of service.
Please feel free to contact us at support@chaturbate.com if you have any questions or concerns regarding this action."

I contacted the support center and I kindly asked what happened, why I was banned, but no answers.
Could you please help me @punker barbie? I hope not to bother too much with this request, you surely receive tons of messages like this. Thanks a lot.

hi Shirley, my username is garethadams i suspected an unusual activity on my account and i locked it, cb sent me a security procedure and i replied with a photo am yet to get a response so my account is still inaccessible and they are still holding my money $2554 which i withdrew on daily pay out.. kindly unlock it because i want to continue working.. they are not responding to my emails since Thursday last week
