banned for no reason

Hello everybody,
I have been registered on the site for more than 2 years.
i have never streamed video but i only use it for public watching and pvt shows.
few days ago, i was ready for a pvt, i reloaded the tokens(1000), and as i was about to press pvt, i got banned.
I tried to write, but without success.
I just received an email with:
