banned on chaturbate

a few days ago i got banned from my chaturbate account my name there is longjohnxl and i got this message :

Your cam has been blocked as a result of concerns regarding compliance with our terms and conditions. Please note that we have zero tolerance for underage participation on our platform or any failure to comply with applicable law. If you believe this action is in error, you may appeal this block by sending us age verification at https://chaturbate.com/accounts/age_verification/. i did contact chaturbate support but i did not gewt any response from them for a few days now

I dont understand why i got blocked since i an age verified and been camming on chaturbate since 2014
The only reason i can think off that shortly before i got banned my gf was in the room where i was camming and she could partly be seen on the can , but she is als0 age verified on my account

I hop that maybe you can find a way to help me out with this problem

I am a gray on chaturbate, and just show myself doing the same thing pretty much every time I broadcast, but my account (aj_looking) was suddenly banned. I'm hoping you can help get it restored. If it can't be restored, is there a way to delete my profile? Thank you.
