Banned permanently for no serious reason

It is so Unfair Chaturbate banned me permanently for having issue about escorting Yet there are so many trans model offering the same on the site but I still see them online and continue working?? And me working for 7, years on the site I guess I deserve only suspension of account but not permanent banned because it is not zero tolerance according to the site Rules.. why so I justice ??!! @punker barbie I avoid doing such pee request giving skype I'd.. tools coz those are zero tolerance but talking about escorting I think it can be consider as account suspension only not permanently ban??!!

While I have not seen what the report against your account says, or know what you said exactly, the TOS reads like it is a 0-tolerance policy. It isn't legal where I live and I feel CB is doing their correct due-diligence by protecting their company in this way. Discussions could be candid, fun, silly, serious, however, simply discussing it could be construed as "arranging" and thus result in a site-wide ban. Instead of complaining across 2 threads to a single CB employee on this Forum, why not admit your mistake, convince CB support staff you have learned your lesson, and ask for your account back?

i messaged them like contacted them for 20 times... i am asking for apology and give me chance.. i deserve suspension but i dont deserve permanently banned because the site know and see how hard working i am... i see my friends who still work and doing the same thats why i feel that it is really unfair .. @punker barbie please give me chance to work back maam .. please help me .. its a learning and lesson for me maam .. please give me chance

You knowingly go against ToS on an obvious violation and expect to be reinstated? Lol. That's a legal issue they banned you for and you deserved it. Just because others are also violating ToS doesn't mean you get yours back. Means they haven't caught your friends yet.
