Banned?

Hi @punker barbie ,
I was banned on chaturbate and I have no idea why. I even read the terms of service to see if there was something I did unintentionally. I reached out to support a couple times and only got the generic "banned to suspected violation of TOS." Could I get more information or get my account unbanned? I have been using that account for years and have a few tokens I'd like to use. Thanks
