Hi all, the title gives basically all informations 😅
As a cam model you can work from home and work from everywhere as long as you have a good internet connection and you live in a country where you can do porn.
So here is the question, which is the best country with less taxes ( not a 3rd world country or pole Nord please). Paying 10+% taxes is just a robbery for me, imagine 20% or more in some countries 😅
Just to understand the situation: I would be happy to go in Dubai and pay taxes there but unfortunately it is illegal.

Anyone faced this problem in your "career"?

If you make a decent living from camming, you're gonna pay 20+% in taxes as you're self employed. I really can't think of any 1st world countries (especially those with universal healthcare) that would have you pay less in taxes unless you don't make enough to be above the poverty line or have 7 dependants. Just not a reasonable situation. Even in places like the bahamas where they don't pay income taxes, you pay out the nose for other purchases to make up for lack of taxes and it gets super expensive because everything is shipped in and property is expensive. Cost of living in the modern world.

I think some states are income tax free, like Nevada, but please correct me if I'm wrong.

I would be happy with 10%, i don't think it's a huge lot. As normal people with salary pay about 40% and they are also employed with a boss screaming up their ass all day. So...appreciate what you have, most people have it way worse

There are several US states with very lenient taxation, but it's not like you get to keep all your money for yourself forever. The stuff you don't pay for via your tax bill must be paid for nevertheless. No countries or states can operate without money, and those who do tend to be 3rd world countries. It all evens out. "No taxes" are little less than bragging rights in a microeconomic sense. Your wallet will be emptied no matter what.

Then of course, there's the rather tricky question of getting into the US in the first place.

I really don't like all the answers that says " appreciate what you have" or " other people pay more".. i work my ass off for my money, i really don't care if a worker pay 60% under his boss.. we made different decisions as i took more risks and other stuffs, so please don't say these things 😁

As i understand you all don't think that a place exist.. and ok. So what about if i had a normal business? i could open a company in Dubai and pay 0-5%. What other places like Dubai? ( cause it's not a 3rd world country and the taxes are reasonable).

I prefer to know where my money go, so let's say 0% taxes and $10 for 1 liter of milk is ok. In Italy everyone pay like 60% and no one knows where the taxes go.. no thanks.

To recap, forget about porn (for a minute).. there are other places like Dubai about taxation? 😁

yes we all work our asses off here, don't feel special. You can learn about where your taxes go as it's public domain. You're not mafia to go to 0% taxes you know, you're just a cam model that does porn and looks to cheat the system of 10%. ( Which BTW that 10% means you are part of a society you live in, Drive a car? You have ROADS, and you can go to buy food from a supermarket you don't have to hunt for it) Contribute as a member in society. Or just don't pay them and pray you don't get chought. CB sends money in BTC as-well. You can tax-evade easy.

I do, but I (currently) live in a place that does not satisfy your "no 3rd world country or pole Nord".
Not wanting to pay ANY tax is okay in the short term, we all want that, but think about what happens when (not if) you get sick, need surgery or for any other reason can't work. Not only will you lose your income, but you will also have to pay out of pocket the second you set your foot in the doctor's office or a hospital.

You can't have your cake and eat it too.

And that's it for me in this thread.

Found the crazy libertarian. Just move in the middle of a fucking jungle, away from society, live there and tells us how it goes. Also, I've always found quite ironic that this sort of people are always in first line asking bailout money from the government. Correct me if Im wrong but I've read that a libertarin society or a libertarian think tank in US - can't rememeber now the name - got millions of dollar from the US Govt during this pandemic. Taxpayers dollars. LMFAO!

there are other places like Dubai about taxation

Oman. Zero income taxes. Move there and report back. Worked there for 2 months. Also I've worked in Dubai. They are both a joke of a 3rd world countries, slavery is literally quite legal, no human rights, but hey you got 0 income taxes. A libertarian dream come true. Funny enough, all this people travel abroad to study, to get health care assitance and so on.

You all get pissed just because i don't want to pay a lot of unfair taxes 😅 Come in Italy and see how the things work and how much you owe to the state, the we can talk again. In italy you have """""free"""" healthcare but when you take an apointment, usually not before 2 years, you can imagine how useless is to pay taxes for a "free" healthcare. This is just 1 of 1000 example.
Probably where you live all works 110% but i never experienced it.

I didn't say i don't want to contribute to the society, but i want to pay for what i use. Icome tax 0% and 3x the price of the food? no problem. Private healthcare? no problem. But i want to pay for it, not giving an unfair amount to the state.

That's it, nothing wrong with that if you think twice 😊

Funny, I live in Italy, I don't pay anyway near 60% income taxes and I've never had to wait 2 years for an appointment or a hospitalization or operation, which, as you have correctely stated, are free. Where do you live exactly?

Don't know if you're trolling me or you're serious. I live in the centre, near Rome. ( don't want to say the city, understand me).
If you're an employee double check how much your employer pay in total for you. But i understand, 99% of employee don't even know the full picture of their money.
If you're self employed, then no way to discuss, you pay 40-60% in total for all the different taxes 😊

Employers and employees, surely pay different taxes. I'm not trolling. Just move to other countries then where you need to go to the bank asking for a mortage if you need to be hospitalized or you have to pull out your credit card to pay for an ambulance. Nobody waits 2 years in Italy for a doc appointment. Nessuno in Italia aspetta 2 anni per un appuntmento dal dottore o per un operazione. Ti rendi conto della cazzata che hai detto? Segui il mio consiglio, traferisciti a Dubai o in Oman e poi dimmi come va.

Don't know exactly where do you live, but you are surely privileged. Also about dubai, you've been there for too little to say something i guess. I also lived there, and you call it 3rd world country...
Buona giornata 😊

So, first you've said you have to wait 2 years. Now you're saying you have to wait 6 months. So, which is it? Get your facts straight. True, if it's not an urgent surgery, yes it can be delayed. Just like everywhere else in Europe. But if it's urgent and important your doc, your "medico di base", just make a mark on your prescription signing "urgente", and you get your free surgery within a fucking week or two. Happened to my mother 1 year ago. Fidati , you are so full of bullshit.

Can we just make a deal where you don't pay your taxes but also, most important, you don't get to vote in the elections or just expatriate abroad and move to Dubai? I worked there just because I was sent there, I would never live there. Anyway, why don't you move to Dubai or Oman then, just like I suggested you. What's stopping you? Also, are you a woman, If I may ask? Enjoy your time there and report back. Buona giornata anche a te.

I mean even if you find this country you have to worry about being able to immigrate there. You have pretty specific requirements, I don't think there are many non "third world" countries that take less than 10% taxes. Maybe Andorra? I think it might be income-tax free but there might be some conditions. Most countries that accept immigration and present themselves as tax havens are not European/Australia/North American so probably fit into your definition of "third world".

I think some states are income tax free, like Nevada, but please correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes, the following US states don't pay state income tax as of 2020:

Alaska
Florida
Nevada
South Dakota
Texas
Washington
Wyoming

Two states don't pay wage tax but currently pay interest and investment (2025 are supposed to be income tax free):
New Hampshire
Tennessee

The problem is, as others have mentioned, that the state makes up for these taxes in other ways. Higher sales/consumption tax, higher property tax, fuel tax, license fees, etc. You're still on the hook for federal income tax. Personally, I'd rather see no income tax and higher taxes on other things. I don't buy a lot of "things", so overall my tax is much lower than the state I used to live in.

Also, the cost of living in large metro areas is astronomically high. Property values are insanely cost prohibitive, food, fuel, etc. If at all possible, one would be better off to live outside a metro area, in a state with low or no income tax. Lower cost of living, if have some property you can have a garden and grow own food, etc.

Some people really just don't tihink. Yes, you have to pay taxes just like everybody else, but, guess what, you can also write off your expenses and have reductions, too. Went to my tax accountant this year, 2 months ago, just like every year, and guess what, I got back last month thousands of euros, nice and easy, in my bank accounts. Works like a charm. People are really fucking idiots.

I have to say, as someone in England, I am thankful for our free healthcare (which we pay through taxes).
I would rather wait 6 months for a surgery that is not an urgent one (you know, like life or death) and it is free, than have it **now** and have to pay for every little expensive, racking up hundreds, thousands, or tens of thousands of £/$ in medical bills. If you're a top-earning model, then sure, that's is more than fine and acceptable, but as someone who is not rich, I am very happy with this.

I am one who is truly thankful and happy with this type of "free" healthcare. As I am sure most others are and don't mind waiting a few months for non-urgent care.

Preeeettttty sure that no matter where you live in the US you have to pay federal self employment taxes. So, even if you're not subject to a state income tax, you're still going to have to pay 15-ish% of your earnings for SS and Medicare.

I don't think anyone likes paying taxes, I know I sure as hell don't, but it's a part of being an adult and living in a functional society.
