I've broadcasted a few times under different usernames, and realized I really enjoy exhibitionism. Some shows there would be multiple people really enjoying what I did and it was so much fun-that sometimes I would visit other models or broadcasting fans.

Sometimes I would rather just pay for that interaction. Is there a specific name for "admiration" I can tip or ask a model for? Some seem confused or offended but I feel like encouragement is a somewhat simple thing I should know better how to ask for.

I'm confused. Do you mean you want to tip a model for them to watch you? If so then yes, it's called cam2cam or c2c on models tip menus.
