I've been receiving payments from CB for two years and thankfully they have always been on time until now. I haven't received any payout for the period ending Dec 15th. It is a BTC payment and was much more than the minimum withdrawal amount.
I did not receive the usual email stating that a payout has been generated.
I reached out to support 48+ hours ago and have not heard back yet.
@punker barbie @AmberCutie I would appreciate it if you could look into this for me and help me get my payout. I'm sure that it's a small error that we can resolve with ease.
