Hello! I have a stupid problem. Damn, I was live on stream (Stripchat) a week ago and I had serious technical problems with my laptop. I couldn't close the stream and I forced restart the laptop. when my laptop was turned on again, I called my husband to help me solve the technical problems. the stream stopped working on my laptop, all applications and browsers were closed, but my account was blocked for the appearance of an unregistered person on the stream. I don’t know how my stream was still working. I don’t have an independence account, my account is registered from the studio. my manager spoke to support and on Monday I sent my documents and my husband's documents. it's Thursday and I haven't received any response from support. I would like to know if the account can be unlocked, I never had the intention to stream with someone. My username is Sugar-Barbie
