I saw this post on reddit today, this is the second time I've seen someone mention a problem with the blocked words @Stella_SC can you make sure they address this situation?

Blocked words not working correctly?

Ok I have duplicated the issue, the word peanut is blocked and i took these 2 pictures while logged out so there can be no confusion, I also want to add that the second picture was taken on a completely different browser (firefox) and was logged into a third account, not the model account, not the account that typed the message:
Steps to duplicate the issue:
1. Logged in user1 types banned word.
2. Another logged in user2 visits the chat and doesnt see the banned word.
3. If logged in user2 logs out while chat is open he has a chance to see the blocked word, if he refreshes he has a decent chance to see the blocked word. Its not 100% but it should be easily duplicated if you try it a few times.
None of these users have to be the model.

Sorry to be clear when I say try it a few times I mean the steps (2 and 3) not hitting refresh over and over.

I thought about that like maybe it was cached from the chat I sent it from or the model but that's why I tested using an entirely different browser on a third account so it's definitely not a cache issue.

The setting to truly mute Grey's is in "my show controls" not the one in chat. It actually took a lot of convincing for them to finally add that feature.

You are correct that these banned words should not be showing up for the model or other users in the chat at all.
Did you also send in a report to Support? help@stripchat.com

Nope, but based on my experience with your tech team I think the best course of action is for you to print the duplication steps, bring it to your tech team, and stand over them tapping your feet and occasionally cracking a whip.
