Long time member, bought tokens many times. Recently quit using credit cards and switch to only debit. Recent token purchase request was rejected (I presume by bank).
CB appears to accept PayPal, as well as other purchase options - but with less tokens per $. spent. Any suggestions for better tokens vs. $ spent deals?
