Cam Girls on Tumblr and Promotion Tips

Yo, I've noticed that a lot of cam girls have twitter in order to promote themselves and I'm not entirely comfortable with that format yet ( God I sound old, I swear I'm 19). So I was wondering if there were any cam girls who successfully promote themselves on tumblr and if there are- how did you do it? Do you have any tips for starting out?

I know that eventually I'll have to figure out how to use twitter and whatnot but for now I'd like to use tumblr.
So PLEASE HELP.

I used to use Tumblr, til I found out you can't delete your photos. You can delete your Tumblr account, && the photos contained within, but they won't delete if they get likes/reblogs. So I don't use it.

Tumblr DOES delete your photos if you delete the ORIGINAL photo post. I found this out when I deleted a gif with over 40,000 notes back from my band blog days.. nowhere to be found, apart from reposts. I've also tested it with a bunch of others, and yep! No more photos. I think that's what a lot of people don't realize, if you delete your blog everything sourced to you is still there, unless you delete the specific posts.
