Can a model set private type by user?

I'm in a model's room and under private it shows 'true private'. Earlier she was in a regular private. Can she set private type by user? Or did she perhaps change it after the last private? This is more a general curiosity than anything.

Never mind. I had true private set in my personal settings, but I thought I could still choose one or the other.

I feel like such a noob.
