So, I just got word from CB today, and they don't block Morocco or anything.
I also managed to track down a few Moroccan cam models and get their insight. Sounds like the CB site is accessible and the risk is minimal unless you're careless or famous. It's now possible there could be a collaboration show in-country! Woo!
My biggest concern was actually being blocked by CB or running into censored internet access issues when traveling. I'm doing my research and am trying to figure out how to get away with bending the rules if needed, not necessarily avoid breaking them. Except for CB's rules, of course - those ones matter.
Thanks for the info about Mila Milan. I looked up the incident, read her take on it, and learned about a few things I need to consider.
I did see the article about the gal with the fake gun, and thought it was interesting that they wanted to know what country she was in when her pics were taken. I wonder if it would have truly made a difference or not. There is a cultural perception about photographs being very personal or special, which is why it's generally not okay to take photos of people there without their permission, and maybe that influences the issue with production of porn specifically. I dunno. Think they'd believe all the filth on my phone is for hubby? That article is a good reminder to be diligent about digital content, for sure. I'm also not planning on bringing my arsenal of toys since I'm making everything fit in my carry-on, so it seems highly unlikely that I will run into any trouble at the airport.
Okay, let's be real, I'm bringing my beautiful new glass plug and favorite little vibe, but that's it. No big scary dildos! I'll go find a real wiener if I really really need one.
I have some experience living in a conservative developing country, and am discreet when breaking local laws, which just kinda happens when you smoke ganja. I'm also somewhat skilled at negotiating bribes, which I hear typically works out well in Morocco if something comes up, but I try not to do that since it reinforces corruption and is risky. I will be dressed properly, though travelers are normally not held to as high a standard, and I will cover my head if appropriate. I try to be respectful and really immerse myself in local culture. Fear for my own safety would need to be considerably high risk for me to be influenced away from something I really want, as opposed to attracted to it. I'm all about that taboo, lol. I imagine there are plenty of reasonable people who would disagree with this mindset, like my wonderfully tolerant husband, haha - but I yam what I yam
Also, I had planned to rent a place with high speed internet just (preferably w/a direct plug in) just once a week during my trip when I'm ready to cam, or connect with another model at their location. This is part of enjoying my trip. I enjoy camming, and I will enjoy camming abroad even more since I'm a such a novelty nut. It would be great if I could continue traveling and camming a couple times a year, and possibly make a thing of it. It had never occurred to me that this could be an issue, so I'm just wanting to make sure that the infrastructure won't betray me, and that I'm mitigating reasonable risks to me having a great time.
Worst case scenario at this point is that I cam non-nude during my trip if I feel uncomfortable with something, or learn that the reality of the situation is different than I'm told by those who are there doing it now now, but I've committed to my favorite viewers that the cam is coming with me at this point..and I'm really just hoping to have a sexy Moroccan threesome, ya know. We'll even keep our heads covered for modesty sake
