Still have not received anything and it is passed the 3-4 days waiting period that support had said it should take. In the Support email it says to contact them if we don’t get anything within that wait period but they don’t respond to emails. Please can you help @punker barbie with helping the multiple people on here asking for help. It has been two weeks with no payment and is quite worrisome. I don’t have a ticket number.
